苏园

号乃大，耕石馆主。1923年生于成都。现为中国书法家协会篆刻艺术评审委员、四川省文史研究馆馆员、四川省书法家协会名誉理事、四川省工艺美术学会书画专业委员会名誉主任、成都市书法家协会副主席、成都市政协书画院顾问。

苏园先生是我国著名的书法篆刻艺术家。其书法作品自由奔放，苍劲雄浑；篆刻用刀爽利，结字奇正相生。早年潜心于秦汉印研究，后对名家邓石如、赵之谦、徐三庚的艺术深有领悟，能入古而出新，有刚劲苍古之感。他治的巨印气势磅礴，而小玺又能小中见大，点画精绝。他治印从不击边，偶尔顺刀切凿，追求大朴不雕的艺术效果。他不断求索，创造出新的特具个性的艺术作品。书法金石作品多次在国内外展出并发表。

　
Shu Yuan was born in Chengdu in 1923. Now he is a critics of seal cutting art of the Calligraphers‘ Association of China, a member of Sichuan Academy of Cultural and Historical Research, a honorable director of Calligraphy and Painting Committee of Sichuan Provincial Industrial Art Association, a vice-chairman of the Calligraphers‘Association of Chengdu, and a consultant of the Political Consultative Calligraphy and Painting Academy.

Mr. Shu Yuan is a famous calligrapher and seal cutting artist of China. His calligraphy works are full of vigor and freedom. His seal cutting is brisk and neat. He devoted to study Qin and Han Dynasties‘ seal cutting in his early times. Afterwards, he researched in the art characteristics of Mr. Deng Shiru, Mr. Zao Zhiqian, and Mr. Xu Sangen, who were famous artists in Qing Dynasty. His big seals cut are majestic and small ones are matchless.

His unique art style is natural and unadorned. His calligraphy and seal cutting works have been displayed both at home and abroad for many times.
