屈义林

以诗书画著称的屈义林先生，从事中国文学与绘画的钻研和创作，已历70余年。其国画特色为：融会中西、题材广泛、锐意创新、雅俗共赏。其画展近期先后在台北、深圳及成都等地举办，并被国内外博物馆、收藏家购藏。

　　屈义林先生1930年毕业于国立成都高师国文部、继入上海美专钻研绘画，于1934年毕业于南京国立中央大学艺术系，并受益于徐悲鸿、张大千诸大师，40年代曾任国立重庆女师学院等美术院校教授。现任四川徐悲鸿、张大千艺术研究院院长、四川省文史研究馆馆员、成都吴芳吉研究会会长等职。其著作有《义林吟稿》、《屈义林画集》等丛书10种。其行迹略见于中国当代国书家及诗词家辞书10余种。

　　义林先生1908年12月生，原籍四川泸县及荣昌，现住成都市。

Introduction
Mr Qu Yilin, well-known for his calligraphy and painting, born in Luxian county, Sichuan province in Dec.,1908, has been engaged in researching chinese literature and painting for more than 70 years. His charateristics of chinese paintings are mixing chinese with western skills, wide range of subjects, suiting both refined and popular tastes. His painting exhibitions were held in Taibei, Shenzhen and Chengdu recently. His works have been collected by some museums and collectors at home and abroad.

Mr. Qu graduated from the Chinese Dept. of National Teachers‘ School of Chengdu in 1930. Then, he went to Shanghai Fine Art Traing School to study painting. He graduated from the Art Dept. of National Central University of Nanjin in 1934. He was guided by Xu Beihong, Zhang Daqian and the other famouse artists. He taught as a professor in the Female Teachers‘ College of Chongqin in 1940‘s. He is now the present of Sichuan Provincial Research Institute of Xu Beihong & Zhang Daqian‘s Art, a member of Sichuan Provincial Literature and History Research Institute, etc.

More than 10 series of works have been published. His main works are Album of Qu Yilin‘s Paintings, Figure Portrayal Skills, How to Draw House, Bridge, etc.
