秦天林

1942年生，高级美术师。现为中国工艺美术学会高级会员，四川省美术家协会会员和省书法家协会会员、四川省工艺美术学会理事，四川省政协书画研究院画师、四川省诗书画院特聘画师、四川省警察书画院特聘画家、四川省文物总店特约画家。

其作品布局变化甚妙，笔墨色十分简约，所表现出的艺术形象高度浓缩，这种“以一当十”的单纯的艺术却充满情趣，境界无穷，它们无疑很能净化人们的心灵。
Mr.Qin Tianlin,He is expert in calligraphy and free sketch of flowers and birds in traditional Chinese painting. In 1984, the Arts and Crafts Association of China held an individual exhibition for him and his works "Mynaon Chinese Wistaria" was collected by the Art Gallery of China, In 1985, his works was awarded a prize of excellence on the 18th Sino-Japan Selective Modern Ink Painting Art Exhibition. His works "Interest of Autumn" was published in the national publication "Chinese Painting" the 4th issue in 1987, and his handwriting works was carried in the 1st and 2nd issues of "Ink Marks of the Land of Abundance". In 1989, his works the national publication "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting", and several works were exhibited and collected by Sichuan Research Institute of Culture and History. On the 7th Present Chinese Flowers and Birds Painting Invitational Exhibition, his works "Scattered Lotus" was exhibited and collected in an album of paintings. In 1992,his works were exhibited on the Lotus Exhibition of China, and his works with personal introduction were compiled into the "Yearbook of Artists of China".In 1993, his works "Little Bird on Loquat" was exhibited on the "Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of Sichuan International Television Festival of China", and his works "Plum" was exhibited on the exhibition by Sichuan Poem-Painting-Calligraphy Institute and collected. In 1994, his personal introduction was compiled into the "Chinese Writer and Artist Biography" and the "Compendium of Signatures and Seals of Famous Calligraphers and Painters in China". His works "Peony" and "Orchid" were exhibited on the "Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of Sichuan Famous Calligraphers and Painters for the Anniversary of the Founding of Sichuan Council for Promotion of the Chinese National Culture and collected. In recent two years,his works were exhibited many times on exhibitions at home and abroad, awarded prizes and collected.
