薛从伦

1958年生于四川，1978年考入西北师范大学美术系国画专业，毕业后在兰州大学艺术教研室从事教学和艺术创作，任讲师。1990年到深圳，为职业书画家。

　　自幼喜爱艺术，6岁时开始练字习画，参加过四川省少儿美术展览。曾在西北生活多年，艺术创作上逐步形成了鲜明的个性特征。80年代末，他推出“西北风”个人画展，在国内巡回展出后，引起了美术界和社会上的极大关注。作品多次入选国内、国际大展，并连续几届参加在香港举办的“中国当代画坛精英作品展”，在东南亚地区巡回展出。

　　现为广东省美术家协会会员，入选《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《世界美术家传.华人卷》等。

Mr. Xue Conglun was born in Sichuan Province, China. He registered the Department of Fine Arts at Southwest china Normal University and magored in Chinese painting in 1978. He was assigned to the Art Studio at Nanzhou University and engaged in teaching and creating as a lecturer. He went to Shenzhen city, Guangdong province as a professional calligrapher and painter.

He has loved art since his earlier childhood. He began to practice painting at his 6-year old.He participated in the Juvenile Fine Arts‘ Works Exhibition of Sichuan Province. He formed hispainting style thanks to his much more years‘ life in Northwest China. He held his individual itinerant painting display named "Norhtwest Wind" in late 1980‘s. This gave rise to extreme attention of fine arts field and the society. His works have been chosen to take part in exhibitions both at home and aboard for many times, e.g, the Moden Painting Elite‘s Works Display of China in Hongkong as well as itinerant exhibitions in Southwest Asia.

He is now a member of the Painter‘s Association of Guangdong Province. He has been chosen to Celebrity Collection of Chinese Moden Art Field & the World Paintist‘s Biography, Vol.Chinese, etc.
